Chef Caroline Carter, founder and president of Caroline’s Raw World, co-host of the Milwaukee Public Television series ‘Cooking Raw’ and, co-author of “A Mother and Daughter Diary of Raw Food Recipes for Beginners.” Chef Caroline’s healthy and holistic living journey began in 2005 when she discovered the healing powers and health benefits of incorporating raw, vegan, and living foods into her own diet to combat obesity, depression, and high blood pressure. Continuing her life’s mission, Chef Caroline educates men, women, and children about the importance of integrating plant-based food into their diet through her food, presentations, television shows, and book.
Shenita Ray, co-host of the Milwaukee Public Television series ‘Cooking Raw’ and, co-author of “A Mother and Daughter Diary of Raw Food Recipes for Beginners.” Shenita was introduced to raw foods by her mother, Chef Caroline, in 2005. After experiencing the positive effects of raw foods on her physical and mental health, for 7 years, Shenita has been incorporating raw foods into her daily diet and is passionate about encouraging others to do the same.
