Susan Pack is a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner (CAP) and is from the first graduating class of Kanyakumari Ayurveda and Yoga Wellness Center. Susan is also an accomplished Indian cook and has written articles on Ayurveda for a yoga publication and was the cookbook reviewer for the Outpost Exchange for 12 years. Over the last ten years, Susan has combined her training skills and her knowledge of Indian food by giving cooking classes, cooking demonstrations as well as private cooking lessons.
The focus of Susan’s class will be an introduction to the spices of India. She will be preparing Saffron Rice with Cashews, Green Cauliflower Curry (a vegetable dish with a sauce), and Corn with Aromatic Spices (a dry vegetable dish).
